Padi Courses

Discover the magic of the underwater world for the first time with the Discover Mindbody Scubadiving experience.

This experience follows the PADI Discover Scuba Diving course, and use the Dive In™ approach. Attention is placed on breath, sensation, and pacing, allowing the experience to unfold gently and at a rhythm that feels right for you.

If you are feeling a little nervous, that is completely normal. We will ease you into the experience and go at a pace comfortable to you. Typically, we begin with some basic diving skills in shallow water to have you feeling comfortable and relaxed before venturing deeper.

Duration: 1 day

Begin your explorations with the PADI Open Water Diver course and become certified to dive to 18m with a buddy.

Duration: 3-5 days

Cotinue your adventures with the PADI Advanced Open Water course and become certified to dive with a buddy to 30m. Learn underwater navigation skills and choose three adventure dives depending on your interests.

This may include the following: night diver, peak performance buoyancy, enriched air nitrox, drift diver, search and recovery, boat diver, fish ID, dive against debris and shark conservation.

Duration: 2-3 days

Complete the  Dive In™: Scuba for Wellness Distinctive Specialty, an introduction to scuba diving as a somatic practice for certified Open Water Divers and advance along the PADI pathway. 

We also offer a range of other PADI Specialty Courses such as Enriched Air Diver (to increase your bottom time), Deep Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, AWARE - Fish Identification and Wreck Diver.
