MindBody Dives

MindBody Dives are guided experiences grounded in the Dive In® framework, a structured approach to scuba diving that emphasises physical and psychological safety. 

Our approach is guided by a series of themed "Switches", introduced progressively. Each Switch includes a simple land-based practice and an underwater practice, to support your familiarity, confidence and ease both in and out of the water.

What you experience underwater doesn’t stop when the dive ends. Through guided reflection, the lessons you learn underwater can continue to shape your everyday life.

The Dive In®: Scuba for Wellness online course provides the foundations for this approach:

You’ll explore the theory behind how scuba diving, when approached as a somatic practice, can support nervous system regulation, alongside practical exercises that allow you to experience this for yourself, both on land and underwater.

Far more than a one-off experience, this course offers an ongoing, structured somatic practice, inviting you to incorporate simple practices into daily life and allowing you to explore these experiences at your own pace.
