North Bali, Indonesia
On Bali's quieter northern coast, the village of Sambirenteng gives us a very different base from the busier parts of the island. Here, the resort sits directly on the water, with a house reef accessible from shore and dive sites along the north-east coast within easy reach.
Warm water and year-round diving make North Bali a comfortable place to spend several days in and around the water.
Our preferred time for North Bali experiences is May to October.
The Experience
The house reef allows us to dive directly from the resort, while boat dives and day trips open up a wider range of sites across North and East Bali.
This gives us plenty of variety over several days, from relaxed dives close to the resort to exploring some of Bali’s best-known dive sites further afield.
Between dives, there is time to enjoy the resort, explore the surrounding area or simply have some time to yourself.
