Dive In®: Scuba for Wellness
A structured approach to diving as a somatic practice
We've all felt, or at least heard about, the magic of scuba diving. Beneath the surface, breath leads movement, and the noise of the mind fades away.
But diving is not always like this.
How do we consistently access that place of calm and centering?
This course offers a structured way to approach diving, with practical tools and exercises that can be used both on land and underwater. Grounded in the Dive In® Framework, the course introduces scuba diving as a somatic practice.
You’ll develop an understanding of how physical awareness, breath, and attention can support a calmer and more manageable experience underwater. You'll also be guided through simple practices and invited to reflect on what you notice.
We encourage you to approach Dive In® : Scuba for Wellness as an ongoing practice. One that you can return to both in and out of the water.
