Dive In™: Scuba for Wellness Online Course
Dive In™: Scuba for Wellness is an online course that offers a framework for scubadiving for mind–body wellness.
In this course, you'll learn theoretical foundations for scuba diving as a somatic practice and access guided practices so that you can experience this for yourself, both on land and underwater.Â
We recommend setting aside just ten minutes daily and experiencing the course over ten weeks, so that Switching from the stressors of daily modern life and returning to center become second nature to you.Â
This course is designed for:
- non-divers seeking a gentle introduction to the underwater world
- seasoned divers who would like to experience scuba diving as a somatic practice
- dive groups seeking a structured approach to scuba diving for mindbody wellnessÂ
- individuals seeking personal growth and development through enhanced attunement with body and mind.
The estimated time commitment for this course is 4–6 hours from start to finish. However, it is not designed as a one-off experience. We encourage you to dedicate just 10 minutes a day over 10 weeks to, supporting a gradual shift from states of activation toward greater ease and regulation.
You may also choose to return to the material over time, incorporating the short, simple exercises into daily life in a way that feels sustainable and personally meaningful.
