Dive In™: Scuba for Wellness Online Course
Dive In™: Scuba for Wellness is a foundational online course introducing scuba diving as a somatic practice for mind–body wellness, grounded in the Dive In™ Framework.
Through clear, accessible theory and guided experiential practices, you’ll explore how scuba diving—when approached with attention to breath, bodily sensation, and presence—can support nervous system regulation and deepen the mind–body connection.
Designed for both divers and non-divers, this course offers a physically and psychologically safe and structured introduction to scuba diving as a somatic practice. Practices are designed to be explored both on land and underwater, with reflective prompts supporting integration at your own pace.
This is not a one-off experience. This course is intended to be returned to over time—inviting simple practices into daily life and allowing change to unfold in a way guided by your body.
